A high quality Workforce is essential to providing extra-curricular activities and after-school programs.
The after-school workforce includes a diverse group of after-school workers, youth workers, credentialed teachers, social workers and other professionals, with varying levels of education and experience.
The ESLP workforce will ensure that adequate after-school programs which includes homework, tutoring, and other learning activities are provided.
As a long term vision and project, some after-school programs will offer classes in areas like science and computer technology.
ESLP is committed to building a quality continuous improvement system that is nested in a low-stakes accountability approach that provides supports to our workforce to building their capacity.
We are counting on the preparedness of undergraduates, students of the College of Education and other interrested persons and groups to join our workforce so that, together, we can turn those poor children's after school aimless hours into productive learning time.
We also invite professionals, who are willing to generously contribute their valuable time and knowledge by teaching online classes or volunteering from abroad in their different areas of expertise or interest.
We are excited to learn more about you, your experiences, types of activities you would like to become involved in.
